Naomi's Wedding

Naomi (Adam's sister) and Chris got married June 14th at their local ward. It was a very simple wedding and Naomi looked beautiful in her dress!

And as is tradition in our family, I made Namoi and Chris an afghan. I squeeked this one in. I was finishing it as we drove to help set up for the wedding. I had to make Adam drive around for 10 extra minutes so I could get it finished before arriving. We also got them a set of knives and have decided we need to get ourselves a set.
William got all dressed up for his parents' wedding. Although he was just under 10 months old in this picture (adjusted age of 8 months), he's still in 0-3 month clothes. But he his development is right on track. Morgan was fascinated

Dance Recital

Kaylyn has a weekly dance class that a member of our ward does (for free). Then they do a recital at least once a year. Here are some pictures from the last recital. This first one is Hannah, Kaylyn, and Kiera.

Field Day

Kaylyn's preschool is located at a local elementary school. So when the school had Field Day, Kaylyn's class got to participate too. Here is the relay race...

Just before the relay race, Kaylyn and her friends got to enjoy snow cones. Here is Kaylyn and Spencer lined up to go to the relay races.

And this is Trinity. When the school year started the only girls in the morning classes were Kaylyn and Trinity in Miss Janet's class and Lia in Miss Julie's class.

Preschool Graduation - one month late

Kaylyn's preschool had a graduation ceremony the last Tuesday in May. It was wonderful. The kids performed a number of songs, signing along to each one. Then they walked across the stage, over a bridge and received their diploma and a rose.

Then we had cake and yummies in the classrooms. This is Kaylyn with her teacher's aide, Miss Dustie.

Kaylyn absolutely loved her preschool class and teachers. She's a little sad that she won't get to go back and be with them next year. Hopefully, she'll love Kindergarten just as much.
